KEHONVAPAUS Freedom of the Bodies
Rodrigo Díaz, Leandro Roco & Jarno Lappalainen, they are Pirata Boing Trio, a reggae fusion trio playing in Helsinki, and together with Milver Colmenares & Runo Marsista -invited musicians- gave a wonderful reggae concert in the Cultural Centre CAISA in the last Salasanat Club, on May 13th.
The “bodies and their freedom” was the topic for the reggae-art night.
The urban artists: Julie Saltbacka -better known as “Zumie” & Xavier Campos, created a colorful and very powerful painting with a shining heart from the beginning to the end of the night.
They together achieved to transform Caisa’s stage as open atelier, while Felipe García was juggling around the audience.
Xavier was also doing own designs with henna’s color on the skin of the public.
Nastia T. erotic writer, journalist & semi-professional dancer, offered an erotic-monologue about waiting and flavors of desire.
Rosamaría Bolom performed a dream about nowadays and the slaves of the screenings.
The art-night club was hosted by MCDJ Feema, who also shared some steps of the Jamaican dancehall before Pirata Boing Trio’s concert documented by Tarja Halj from Foto Storia.
The happening was possible to follow by Djpirataboing Live streaming.
Thanks to Pirata Boing Trio and all artists involved in this great night of art, poetry & reggae!
